We are coming with great news!👋
Yesterday our women's team competed against Medway Falcons. That was very tough game. First half ended 15:15. Teams went head to head. The final score 32:32 and we are very happy about that - can you tell after seeing the picture? 😜 Amazing teamwork girls!!!

Unfortunately, the men's team, despite their willingness and fight, lost the game against Carshalton..Finał score: 34:23 for opponent
But we are proud anyway for showing up and giving your best!

This Sunday boys will fight against Carshalton. They will start at 3pm
Week after that our women will play with Medway Falcons. Throw off: 4.30pm

We are back from playing 2 amazing games with strong @olympia_hc
( First time we had full bench of players in both teams 😁 yay! )
Unlucky this time, but you know what? We are very proud of our teams!
Great performance was visible, and our defense has definitely improved!!
Final result: girls 18:26 for Olympia and boys 25:34 also for Olympia.
Overall GREAT job everyone!

The opponent in both cases turned out to be better than Cambridge.

Busy day ahead of our handball players🤾

And we are back from London🤾 Unfortunately both

And we are back from London🤾
Unfortunately both teams lost, but good progress was visible for them!
Women's team knew it was going to be tough with just 7 players, but we did our best. First 10 min were even, before WLE opened up a lead as we didn't seem to be able to score -giving us a large gap at half time.
However, regrouping and finding our target again helped to have a much more even second half. Overall proud of everyone for fighting for 60min and great to have Nadja join us for her first game. 🥰
Men's team had for once a healthy sized squad with a bench of subs but unfortunately didn't get the win either.
Trailing in the first half, mainly due to any mistake in attack being punished with fast break goals, it was a tight affair at half time. The second half remained very tight with a double suspension against us actually allowing us to close the gap and eventually go ahead by 1 with 10 minutes to go. A string of lost balls in attack gave the advantage back to WLE and late efforts to man-mark the opponents did not pay off, resulting in a 5 goal gap that makes it look more clear cut than it really was.
